Do your purses have a hard bottomed surface? TOP
No, they do not. All Camellia Lane purses are machine washable and once you add a hard bottom, you take away the ability to machine wash them.
Are your purses lined? TOP
No, they are not lined, but can be at your request for an additional fee. Custom fabric choice is not extra.
Can you purchase a purse with a shoulder strap? TOP
Yes, you may have a shoulder strap instead of an acrylic handle on your purse at no additional cost. You just need to let me know at the time of your purchase.
Can you put velcro in my purse so that I can close it? TOP
I do not feel that velcro is a sturdy enough treatment to close my purses so I do not use velcro. Since this purse is a "tote", I do not typically put closures in them, but I can put in a solid nickle magnetic closure for you for an additional $2.00.
What is the turn around time on a custom bag? TOP
It depends on the market and the season. I will quote a date for you at the time of your order.
Could you put my monogram on the pocket? TOP
Yes, I can. I "sub" this out, so there is an additional fee of $10 for a monogram or name. You can select the font type and color of thread.
I have seen your bags with letter beads on them. Is that extra? TOP
No additional charge for letter beading. You just need to let me know at the time your order is placed. You may spell a name, hobby, team...just about anything.
